The Pamela & Pamela duo recently completed a successful Retail Makeover for Urban Bazaar in Richmond's Lansdowne Mall. This unique store carried authentic Indian bangles and jewellery, shawls and pashmina's that just weren't shining under the current layout. Fortunately the store had great bones with a contemporary paint color, slat walls and shelving.

After a morning of business learnings, we moved onto re-merchandising the store. The biggest delight came from discovering the most intricate and gorgeous fabrics while organizing the products by color blocking. Detailed patterns became gems when featured near solid colors. Grouping tunics, shawls and jewellery together creates a complete look and boosts add-on sales.

We added a few warm props that displayed products with a boutique feel and moved the cabinets to encourage a smooth flow for browsing. Overall the outcome was spectacular.
