I admit when Zoey Ryan, co-creator with me of the ‘Business Book Club’ suggested the book, ‘Finding our Way, Leadership for an Uncertain Time’ by Margaret J. Wheatley, I was cynical.  The book was ordinarily something I would pick up lightly and believe it could be applied to my business.

Well, was I wrong!  It is full of amazing quotes, provocative thinking about organizations and leadership.  This book is a reminder that out of chaos people can create healthy functioning living systems.   Business owners, community leaders, teachers…anyone wanting to believe there is a better and kinder way to motivate and lead will want to visit her website:  www.margaretwheatley.com
