Everybody says this, but so few really do it. What else can you do for your clients that they are not expecting? Do it. Today.

2. Be credible.

Establishing trust from the get go is the best way to keep customers from considering your competitors.

3. Promote customers’ businesses.

By helping them gain new customers, you ensure you will have a customer for life.

4. Do things for the customer’s convenience rather than yours.

The easier you can make it for your customer to do business with you, the more business you will have.

5. Send an invoice with a “no charge” listed.

If you do anything for your clients for which you do not charge, note this on their invoice with an N/C. They WILL notice this.
