Five Ways to Gain Two Hours Each Day
1. Stop surfing the web.
Studies show that it takes 15 minutes to get into the groove on a task and when you jump from that task to surf the web it takes 15 minutes to get back into that groove.
2. Don’t immediately respond to e-mails.

3. Tackle and eliminate ugly tasks first thing.

4. Stop trying to be perfect!

5. Cut back on meeting time.
