Five Steps to a Great Virtual Presentation

As your prospects and customers expand across the world, virtual presentations are becoming more and more accepted.
Here are five considerations for delivering a great virtual presentation.
Five Steps to A Great Virtual Presentation
1. Keep it Short.
Think about 10-minute segments. Don’t use any medium, especially a single presenter talking, for more than 10 minutes at a time. Shift gears every 10 minutes.
2. Keep it Uncomplicated.
Use simple slides with short phrases or sentences. Don’t make your audience “figure out” what’s going on. Keep it simple.
3. Perform Like a Pro.
Rather than looking at the screen, look right into the camera. Use proper lighting and a good microphone.
4. Get Out of Your Seat.
Stand whenever you present whether the audience can tell or not. Standing increases your energy and focus.
5. Practice the Tech.
Complete at least one dry run using your technology to ensure all the features work as you expect. Record it and replay to see how you can improve.
